For years, the lab relied on manual dispensers to add acids into hundreds of samples, a task that, while routine, was labor-intensive, time-consuming, and exposed operators to safety risks. Technicians manually handle hazardous reagents such as hydrofluoric, nitric, and hydrochloric acids, often repeating the same action across 200 to 300 samples per batch. The process demanded precision and careful attention, increasing the likelihood of errors and inconsistencies. Moreover, this repetitive task consumed valuable operator time that could otherwise be dedicated to more critical analytical work. The lab recognized the need to modernize this workflow: to enhance safety, ensure dosing accuracy, and streamline operations in line with their growing sample throughput and strict safety protocols.

IMPLEMENTATION of easyFILL

Calibration is straightforward, taking just a few minutes and requiring only a nearby balance, making it easy to maintain consistent volume accuracy. ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS IN THE LAB WORKFLOW
